Daemon Mode:
The AFP to PDF Conversion tool also has a built in Daemon mode. When converting a large number of small AFP documents a single threaded application can slow this process down. The solution to this problem is the built in daemon mode, which allows to make use of all the CPU’s and provide the highest possible throughput.
Client side conversion:
The tool can be installed as a client side service to convert documents on individual workstations and view their content in a Web Browser or PDF Reader.
