The Timitoo Archive leverages the Document Re-Writer used in combination with the TimServant to provide a full featured Archival system for post composition.
Capabilities include: Archive Splitter, Archive Collate, Full Archive Search and Retrieval
Archive Splitter
Using the content of the Index-TLE’s the splitter tool, can name the individually split documents into new individual filenames.
A list of the resulting documents, as well as their index content can be output as well.
Using the AFP to PDF Converter Tool, the documents can then be transformed into PDF documents.
The AFP-Archive Split tool allows to separate documents into individual documents, or Pages. This can be based on the document index, or upon page boundaries. The extracted information and results can be exported into a CSV or XML file, which allows to distribute individual documents, or sort by it’s content, in order to provide it as input for re-assembly in a new order later using the AFP-Collate Bundling Tool.
The full version provides the following features: Splitting on the Group-Index or Page Boundaries, typing out the content of the index information into CSV, or XML file with a reference to the generated file
