DNI Corp provides billing solutions and direct mail fulfillment services. Their multi-channel delivery model provides print and electronic solutions that offer their customers the flexibility to choose how to receive documents and make payments while providing improved efficiencies and cost savings to their customers.
The Challenge for DNI:
Recently DNI took on a new account, where they redesigned the statements and correspondence of an insurance organization.
The documents were all legacy insurance documents in AFP format. The redesign included 2D barcodes for enveloping and reconciliation purposes, as well as adding Intelligent Mail Barcode to the address area of each envelope.
Certain documents were letters intended for the agents and included multiple documents. The data received by their customer did not originally contain any index or plain line data, but only the AFP documents themselves, which often contained image data, or embedded overlay data.
The Solution:
Utilizing the Timitoo Systems AFP Re-Writer DNI was able to extract all of the necessary information and bundle criterias to re-engineer their documents and provide a new professional and modern address layout. Our solution also provides all the necessary information for the document boundaries and the information to generate the barcodes on each page.
Additionally, mailer data information can now be extracted from the documents, which is used for reconciliation purposes, to verify 100% accuracy and ensure full delivery of documents.
