The following are typical scenarios where our Remote Support Services are utilized:

  • Review of implementations for functionality and performance.
  • Periodic reviews of Document Definitions or PQL-Script.
  • Support with JCL / Shell-Script and Batch file applications.
  • Support with Output requirements (PSF/Infoprint, Print-Server, Printer Driver)
  • The installed Papyrus Product is out of maintenance and support is required.
  • Reviews via WebEx, GoTo Meetings, or VNC.
  • Exchange via Transfer / Zip-Files.
