Timitoo Archive Capabilites
The Timitoo Archive leverages the Timitoo Document Re-Writer used in combination with the Timitoo TimServant to provide a full featured Archival system. Using the Document Re-Writer the documents metadata, such as TLE indexes or bookmarks are extracted, as well as items from the page can be used as index. There is also a full page text search capablity available.
The document index is stored in the database, while keeping the actual document file based for further processing.
Searching and locating a document can be accomplished via the Web Front End, or via the REST Interface of the Timitoo TimServant.
Document / Archive Split
The checkin and import process of the document split is used for both Archive- and Post Processing Tasks. At this stage it is also possible to split documents into individual files with all the necessary resources.
A list of the resulting documents, as well as their index content can be output as well.
Using the AFP to PDF Converter Tool, the documents can then be transformed into PDF documents.
