XPLOR21will take place November 16-18, 2021 at the beautiful TradeWinds Island Grand Resort in St. Pete Beach Florida. The conference begins at 8:00 am on Tuesday, November 16th and concludes at 10:30 am on Thursday, November 18th.
The two-and-a-half-day event will focus on The Future of Customer Communications and bring together end-users, analysts, consultants, industry experts, and vendors who will share the best practices and trends in the customer communications industry in a casual environment.

Artificial Intelligence for an Efficient CCM System

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a common buzzword, very often seen nowadays and frequently associated only with large corporate systems. This presentation is geared to show how AI is not only for large corporations, but also for the small and medium businesses. We will show how AI can be used for de-duplication of both textual and image content. This allows for a lean and efficient CCM for existing systems, but can also be achieved during the migration to a new system.
Many companies have a number of text elements and resources that are carried forward for many years, especially service providers handling their clients’ resources, where duplicates with only small differences cost a lot of effort and money to handle and carry forward. The same infrastructure can also help with incoming and scanned images to understand and handle incoming documents. We’ll share how a single system addresses all these requirements, without a “big corporation” budget.
